To-do frames
Board-scoped tasks with a week strip, Synced or Separate lists, and links back to the email each task came from.
A to-do frame is a task list that belongs to the board. A week strip at the top day-scopes it; tasks carry due dates, priorities and categories.
Synced or Separate
A Synced list is the board’s whole task pool; a Separate list holds only the tasks born in that frame. Switch from the frame’s header. Tasks the agent creates land where the list was left — a stage swap mid-run never splits a list.
From mail
The agent pulls promises out of threads with their dates attached: “turn my unanswered client mail into tasks”. Each task keeps a link to the email it came from — ask “show me where these came from” and the sources stand as a pinned mail frame.
It learns
What you complete and what you delete teaches the agent which suggestions to stop making.
