Shared frames without shared inboxes: workspaces, teams, the access ladder, team calendars, documents, and insights.
Workspaces, teams, team frames
A workspace holds people, teams and billing. Each team has one shared board. A team frame on it is mirrored onto every member’s own board — the same object, live-synced with presence — while everything around it stays personal. Hedwig always tells you which one you are looking at: Synced is shared, Separate is yours alone.
Roles

An invite counts only once it is accepted.
Access to a frame
Per person, per frame: See only → Complete only → Complete + add (the default) → Complete, add + delete, plus Manager. Changes apply live. Deleting a team frame is manager-only, type-to-confirm, and reversible.
Working in a team frame
Rows with statuses, assignees, due dates, priorities and recurring series. Drag an email, pile, frame, document or datasheet onto a row to link it; drag a chip out to stand a snapshot of your own. Each team frame has its own chat. Linked documents are co-edited live with version history and restore.
Team calendar
One per team: every member’s real calendar (each with their own permissions) plus shared team meetings with RSVPs. Drop an event on it to share it; hide a shared event from your own view.
Insights
Admins get the Insights tab: trends, workload heatmap, at-risk radar, shipped this week, and Hedwig’s brief. Managers see team-frame aggregates only — answers for the work, not the workers. Nobody sees your personal board or your mail.
