Teams
Shared frames on personal boards, the permission ladder, and what managers can and cannot see.
Teams share work without sharing inboxes. A team frame lives on every member's board at once, live-synced; everything around it stays personal.
Synced and separate
Team frames are synced: one shared object, visible to the whole team, edited live together with presence cursors. Everything else on your board is separate — yours alone. Hedwig always tells you which one you are looking at.
Permissions
Access to a team frame follows a simple ladder:
- View only — read the frame and open its links.
- Complete — check things off and change status.
- Complete + add — also create rows. This is the default grant.
Team documents
Shared documents keep version history with restore, so a bad edit is never fatal.
What managers see
Managers see team-frame aggregates only — answers for the work, not the workers. Nobody sees your personal board or your mail.
