Documents and datasheets
Write on the board, stand a PDF, import from Notion or a file; and tables with typed columns the agent can fill.
Documents
A document frame is rich text with autosave and a word count — write with the thread still on the board next to you. Drop a .docx, .md or .txt into it to import; drop a PDF and the frame becomes its preview while the text keeps feeding anything wired to it.
Reports land as documents. On team boards a linked document is co-edited live, with version history and restore.
Import from Notion
The Import row in the + bar connects Notion: databases become datasheets, pages become documents. What you import is yours, with no connection back. Re-importing offers a copy rather than a duplicate.
Datasheets
A datasheet is a real table living on the board: typed columns (text, select, tags, dates), tag options with colours, sticky header and name column, resizable columns, autofill from a column’s history.
- Paste to import — a table from Sheets, Excel, Notion, CSV, or a plain list pastes straight in with a preview. Partial imports report exactly what landed.
- Link chips — rows carry links to emails, documents and frames. Drag a chip out to stand it on the board.
- The agent fills them — “add everyone who replied to the launch email, with their company” is one line. Rules can file mail into a sheet as it arrives.
