When you reach someone new, Mio researches them across the open web and hands Harry a sourced dossier to draft from. Cold outreach stops being cold.

Colin — meetings

Colin takes meeting notes from your own Meet tab: no bot joins the call, audio is never kept, and a visible pill with a Stop control is on screen the whole time. Notes land on your board minutes after you hang up.

Dobby — team observer

Dobby watches your team frames and turns them into insights: what is on track, what is at risk, and who is carrying too much. Managers see team-frame aggregates only — answers for the work, not the workers.
