Agent frames and workflows
Frames that do work: describe a job once and get a wired, runnable workflow on the board.
Agent frames are automation as board objects: inputs, steps, and outputs you can see and rearrange.
Build by describing
Tell Harry what you want — "every Monday, summarize last week's investor emails into a document" — and it creates the frames, wires them together, and sets the schedule or approval gate in one pass. Missing inputs are materialized for you.
Build by hand
Create an agent frame from the placement menu, point it at input frames, write the instruction, and wire its output where you want it.
Runs and gates
Runs show their progress on the frame. Gated workflows wait for your approval before anything leaves; like everywhere else in Hedwig, email drafts land in the outbox, never straight out.
Agent frames are available on every plan.
