Teammate can't see tasks I synced to our team frame

I dragged tasks into our shared frame but my teammate sees an empty frame. What am I missing?

Check whether those tasks are Synced or Separate — Synced tasks live in the board’s shared pool and appear for every member of the frame; Separate ones stay yours. On team boards the frame only shows the synced pool, so flip the tasks to Synced and they will appear for your teammate immediately.
