What this place is for

Ask questions, share answers, and vote on feature requests. Report bugs in Q&A with steps to reproduce.

Stay on topic. This forum is about Hedwig. Adjacent conversation (email workflows, productivity setups) is welcome when it helps someone use Hedwig better.
No spam or self-promotion. Links that answer the question are great; links that promote your product, service, or referral scheme are not. New accounts are limited to two links and one image per post for this reason.
One topic per topic. Search before posting; duplicate requests get merged so votes concentrate instead of splitting.
No sensitive data. Never post email contents, screenshots with other people's addresses, tokens, or anything you wouldn't want public. This is a public forum, indexed by search engines.
Report, don't pile on. If a post breaks these rules, use report. A thread arguing about a bad post is two problems instead of one.

Respect people. No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or personal attacks — no exceptions, no "just joking".
Criticize ideas, not people. "This approach breaks when…" is useful. "Only an idiot would…" gets removed.
Assume good faith. Most wrong answers are honest attempts. Correct them kindly.
No sockpuppets. One person, one account. Vote manipulation (rings, alternates) removes the votes and can remove the accounts.

Moderators and the Hedwig team can edit titles for clarity, merge duplicates, lock heated threads, and remove content that breaks these rules.
First violations usually get a removal and a note. Repeated or severe violations (harassment, hate speech, spam waves) end in a ban — severe ones immediately.
Removed content shows who removed it. If you think a call was wrong, write to team@hedwig-ai.com and a human re-reads it.

The team reads the forum, updates feature-request statuses, and verifies accepted answers. Report errors so we can correct them.
